At Elite Physio, we understand life can get busy and plans sometimes change. To help us offer appointments fairly to all clients, we request a minimum of
24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

Appointments cancelled or missed outside of our cancellation policy time frame will incur a £30 missed appointment fee to help cover the time reserved exclusively for you and any resources that were prepared for your session. Payment of this fee must be paid within 7 days of notification. Please note additional charges may apply if payment is not received and future appointments may be placed on hold until any outstanding balance is cleared.
