About Us
Sam, owner and head physiotherapist at Elite Physio Clinic, opened the Houghton-le-Spring clinic in 2024 after qualifying in 2021.
Having played rugby for over 10 years, Sam understands first-hand the struggles that can come with sports injuries, as well as how important the right recovery and rehabilitation can be.
This experience has helped shape Elite Physio Clinic’s approach: providing personalised, practical treatment that helps people understand their injury, recover properly and get back to doing what they love.

At Elite Physio Clinic, we also work collaboratively with a trusted network of experienced physiotherapists and healthcare professionals.
